This is simple.

You need a print formatting tool which supports a markup system. It can place marked up text, interpret the markup to produce correctly formatted pages. You may need a degree of manual intervention and tweaking. Formatting tools (Quark Xpress, PageMaker, FrameMaker, InDesign and TEX) differ in their level of support for markup-driven formatting. You may need to experiment.
